Use sign in only after approval and invite setup. New users start an application at /signup.
Approved portal access
Portal access is for approved customer preview access only and requires a human-issued invite after Bon-Dru has reviewed and approved your request. Self-signup does not create dashboard access directly.
Existing customer sign-in
Existing approved customers sign in with email and password after invite setup is complete.
Invite setup
Invited customers use the invite ID and access code from the invite email to continue account setup and password setup. This is not a public signup shortcut.
